Planned Giving

What is Planned Giving?

A planned gift is any major gift, made in lifetime or at death as part of a donor’s overall financial and/or estate planning. A common misconception is that planned giving is only for the wealthy. The reality is that even people of modest means can make a difference through planned giving. Planned giving can offer many unique benefits to donors part of their estate plans. Some options allow donors to immediately enjoy tax benefits from some types of deferred gifts.
